A.Dear Nilesh,
ye baat toa sahi hai ki agar usmain aapke father ka bhi hissa hai ya nam par hai or agar uncle usmain koi glat kaam karte hain toa aapke upar bhi legal action ho sakta hai.

A.Dear Client,
First Apology, Mera Hindi bahut komjor hai. Hence writing in English.
First, the land is in the name of your father.if some illegal activities takes places and either caught by Police, Excise or Customs, or health officials you will be naturally by the competent Authorities and will be held legally responsible for the offence/violations committed.
Hence, there are two options left out for you.
1.Either take the land back.
2.Donate it to your Uncle Ji and make sure the legal formalities are completed in the Court of Law as early as possible. So that you will be not called for any legal action in future.
Hope this satisfies your question for the time being.
In case of difficulty get in touch.
