I am Prakash Shah, I had granted a loan of rs.100000 from SBI Credit Card during lockdown crisis, and paid the EMI till I had money in my pocket. I paid EMI till 15 months and after that I got into an economic crisis. From past week I am receiving calls from agents of bank and harassing me, my family and other building flats through phone calls. They are also calling my relatives to make my name bad between all. Please help me.

A.Dear Client,
If the due period is over then they will call as to be confirmed when are you going to return the money. And as you have stopped after a certain time. And if the due is not over then you can file a FIR in the nearest police station.
