A.Dear Client,
Who has accused your Uncle?Whether FIR has been lodged?Whether enquiry has started.Write the details in order to get the right advice. On the whole Molestation has very wide meaning. It depends on the circumstances and case to case. Considering this question a general in nature, it attract section 354 IPC.
Punishment also depends after getting invoked specific clause of the same section.
On an average punishments (1–7 years of imprisonment.Any man who commits the offence specified in clause (I) or clause (ii) or clause (iii) of sub-section (I) shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.)Talk to the Police to know the present status of enquiry. Still better to engage an Advocate who can do the job for you.
