Rent agreement-My landlord is not ready to return deposit

My landlord is not ready to return deposit ,i have notified him about moving ou to another location before 1 months, is he right to do so? My rent agreement has two clause 1.this rent agreement can be terminated by each party given at least 1 month notice in writing. 2.The lessee cannot vacant the flat on or before 11 months from the date of agreement, if he does so then lessor has the right to not to refund deposit.

Dear Client,
If your landlord is not going according to the contract then you have all the rights to file a suit against them or send a legal notice to them for payment of the deposit.
