Mental Harassment by recovery agent

The Loan recovery agents keep harassing me daily on calls 10-12 times a day . As per RBI guidelines on 12th august 2022 , They shouldn't do. but they are doing.

“In view of concerns arising from the activities of these agents, it is advised that the REs shall strictly ensure that they or their agents do not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts,” the central bank said.
Therefore Harrassment by recovery agents is a serious problem. If you have been the victim of harrassment, you can file a complaint with Bank Ombudsman. You can also contact your local consumer court. If you feel that you have been threatened or intimidated by a recovery agent, you may even contact your local police department.
