PASSPORT FAILED - dont have current residential proof

i dont have current residential proof as we are living their on sale agreement of sra building, we own a house at other place and the police verifation failed 2 times as i dont live there anymore. and cant proceed with the current address as i dont have any residential proof , please advice me something
A.Dear Client
If you do not have any of the valid proof of address then the authorities would ask you to produce an Address proof Affidavit. The document has to be drafted on a stamp paper of minimum value and notarised.
