Payment pending with employer - salary hike agreement Payment pending with employer - salary hike agreement

We got salary hike agreement after an year and didnt get difference in amount after so many years, employer not ready to pay full and final settlement if any1 ready to leave and No one dares to leave as huge amount is pending towards employer. Employer not paying ESI amount hence medical benifits also stopped, PF is also not getting deposited. Employer claims to be bankrupt. Still running the business but paying only part of salary, not paying full amount as decided in agreement letter. We wish to leave as we cant survive with these less salary but cant leave as around lakhs of rupees are yet to receive from employer and if we leave the industry we will not get the same in future.
