DOB - My Educational certificates

My Educational certificates don’t have my surname and has a DOB which doesn’t match with my Passport which has my full name and a different DOB. But what is correct is the one mentioned on my passport and DOB certificate. I want to apply for the PR in Canada and think that It might be problematic.

A.Then you must make an affidavit declaration from a first class judicial magistrate of your local jurisdiction for the corrections to be done in your educational certificates and then kindly apply for the required corrections of your educational certificates along with relevant documents before the concerned authorities for the same.
