A.Dear Sir,
Even if Telangana Court released him on bail, as the accused was required by Haryana Police so he was re-arrested the accused and the accused is to get the bail from Haryana Court. Please look into Court records to see factual status of bail application in Telangana Court or call me.

A.Dear Client,
Normally Police do not act on their whims and fancies unless and until one has a different motive.Coming to your point since this is a case of inter state nature, Police might have been sent by their Department of Home, Government of Haryana and the so called accused has to be produced before the Court. If the person has already been released on Bail, by the same Court then he will be set free.If this is a different case which has been lodged by another persons for a different offence committed by him it has to be looked into differently.
Under the circumstances please Vidhikarya to provide you a good criminal Lawyer to verify the veracity of truth of bail and take appropriate legal action which deem fit.

A.Dear, even if CMD / promoter of that company got bail (assuming) from Telangana court, Haryana police has right to take them under their custody/ remand, even if the case registered by them is same in nature. If it's a chit fund co., matter becomes even worse with gradually dozens of FIRs filed across the country. Courts' process is lengthy and requires expertise and maturity while choosing a highly experienced Advocate.
