A.Depending on your working strategy and team formation, it must be decided so its better for you to consult with an advocate directly who deals with registration of non profit organization in your jurisdiction

U may go for limited liability company or Society to avoid future complications. U may collect relevant By-laws of 2 or 3 similar organizations, then go ahead.
