I enrolled in BYJUS learning app but I Cancelled it within 15 days and asked for refund..but company is denying the cancellation.asking me to pay EMI everymonth

A.You have to follow the cancellation policy of the said learning app and if they have the policy to cancel the process within fifteen days without any cost or penalty then you are completely liable to get the refund from the said company. You may send a legal notice to the said company for refunding the due amount or else if they fail to comply to your legal notice then kindly sue the company before the competent court of law.
