SC ST ATROCITY CASE

The SC ST atrocities case was filed and FIR has been prepared. After that the case status is claimed as False but the investigation is in process. As I am planning to go abroad this will become a problem in police verification or not? Suggest any further step

A.Depending on the investigation report of the police authority it can be determined whether there will be any problem or not regarding police verification.
