Few years ago My father and uncle had given the 10 gunthe land for developing to the builder, uncle made agreement by own and told my father to sign the agreement. In agreement it was mention at that time my uncle and their lawyer told my father that we'll make 2 buildings ,1 on front side and 2nd on backside and in each building 40% to owners (20%each to one owner )and 60%builder , but in agreement they had not mentioned the same. They have mentioned only that 1st we'll make frontside building in that 40% will be of uncle. My father told them that write my name like (20%each to both brother)but uncle orally told my father I'll give you 20% in front building , please sign it .my father was not ready to sign but by taking emotionally disadvantaged of us &my father showed trust on uncle and signed the agreement then it was registered. But after few months he (uncle )breaks our trust and said that you take 40% in backside building, I've sold 80% of that 40% blocks from front building. What we need to do to take back our(my father's 20% share in front building )20% share in front building?

A.Dear Sir,
Both the parties are bound by terms of agreement. If any of the party not read the terms properly then cannot fight for any benefits which are not mentioned in the agreement.
