Avanse loan - Simplilearn online course

I had applied for educational loan through "Avanse" for an online course on Simplilearn platform. I wasn't interested in the course and wanted to withdraw from it. I wrote to he Simplilearn support team but they are refusing to cancel my course. So, in a way I'm being compelled to pay for a course which I no longer enjoy watching. Besides, I missed two month EMI payments. As a result, Avanse sent legal notices to my address. The legal notice doesn't look genuine. However, I'm scared. I don't know what to do. The emi payments are draining my money. Please help me with two answers - What are the laws with regards to loans from NBFC for online courses? Is there a way, I can withdraw from this course,?
