Crime by psychiatrist Crime by psychiatrist

I was living away from my home since 15 years for work and studies. Unfortunately, 2.5 years back, I came to my home for 2 months. Within few days of my coming back to home, I started feeling dizzy and sick all the time. Immediately, I started developing many painful and incurable diseases. I recently found that a psychiatrist who has never ever seen and examined me was continuously writing illegal prescriptions of very very high doses of very harmful antipsychotic and other psychotropic drugs (almost 10 tablets in a day) for me. He asked my family members to give me these drugs by hiding them in my food and drinks. This psychiatrist has completely damaged my body. I complained to SSP against this psychiatrist. Police just called him over phone and he lied that I am his patient and I am mentally ill and that I myself went to him for treatment and I have never informed him about side effects and that he did not maintain patient records and documents. What legal action can I take now ?

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
You may collect strong evidence that he has prescribed medicines for you and same were used by your family members in your food. You may take second opinion from another psychiatrist and complaint may be lodged before Police, Magistrate and also with medical board of India.

Sir, thanks for your advice. I got to know this now after 2.5 years that I was been given these drugs hidden in my food as I have recently seen photos of this doctors prescriptions in my family member's phone. Then I confronted my family member and he accepted this and I managed to get original hard copies of doctors prescriptions from him. Then, now I complained to SSP (police) of my city regarding this. He asked SHO to investigate. But the sub inspector who was given charge for investigation is not doing anything. I requested them to catch this psychiatrist red-handed by taking me infront of him then he will not recognise me as he has never seen me. But this sub inspector just called the psychiatrist over phone and gave him all my details and this psychiatrist lied bluntly. The sub inspector wrote back to SSP that psychiatrist is saying that "complainant is mentally ill, she is my patient, she herself came to me for treatment, I myself have given her these medicines and till date she has never told me about the side effects. So my patient is putting false allegations on me. The sub inspector further wrote that complainants allegations could thus not be confirmed and he thinks no police action is further required.
Sir, I wish to know what kind of police investigation is this where you just ask accused over phone ? Will any accused accept over phone that he has done crime ? This sub inspector has beaten my family members for this crime but wanted to close the matter with respect to psychiatrist. This psychiatrist has not only damaged all my body organs but has also labelled me of having serious mental illness (psychosis) and me being of unsound mind without ever seeing me in his life. What legal action can I take against him now ?

A.Dear client
If you have not visited the psychiatrist and you are being medicated by him then you have all the rights to lodge a formal complaint with the police and police should take immediate steps to stop this followed by a criminal case against the doctor
