Unregistered GPA(which is untraceable) Unregistered GPA(which is untraceable)

Context:
Trying to buy a property and got to know the present owner bought the Site in 2006 from person A. Person A did the layout and sold by parts to different customers over in 2006. Person A got the property from Person B which was gift deeded by Person C(father). And Person C(who expired now) got the property from Person D with a GPA(which is unregistered).

Now my advocate says GPA is needed for sure but we are unable to trace it from any of the customers who bought the property back from 2006 onwards.

When checked in Registrar office, they say unregistered GPA's are not there now. How can i proceed further on this.

A.Dear Client
The sub-registrar is right that they do not keep record of the unregistered GPA and also it is important to note that the PoA for property must be registered. The question is now why do you need the PoA? If your property is registered then you have to live with that if not then you might face some problem if any legal issues creep up.
