Dismiss case - opponent starts illegal construction

Respect sir/mam,
We have all the land paper but opponent starts illigal construction (home) then we case file on opponent then court ordered 144 but in covid time and Holliday with in 2 day completed (his construction 80-90 people working in covid situation &we have video proof but no action by police just stop construction for few hours then completed construction). Our lawyer demand all evidences and we provide to the lawyer. With 5-6 case opponent after 2-3 years lawyer said tomorrow case is dismiss we don't know how is it possible where we case file on opponent before construction completed and R.I. checked land then he said that land is ours. Can't write here many evidences like opponent attack me and destroy my phone with video proof evidence, ...etc.

What to do?
# Is our system fully corrupted ?
Our system is great.

A.If the land belongs to you and the police authority have not taken proper legal steps against the order of the court then kindly make a complaint to the local municipality for demolition of illegally constructed building and also write a complaint to the local police authority. If both the concerned authority does not take immediate legal action then kindly file a WRIT PETITION at Hon'ble High Court of your local jurisdiction against the concerned police authority and the municipality for not taking legal action against the illegal construction.
