Friend not returning money Friend not returning money

Hi. I gave my friend 40k in june though Gpay. She is not returning my money just giving excuses.I have the transaction proof and even whatsapp chats. She is not picking up my calls just texting on whatsapp.I gave her the option to pay the money in 4 installments, but she didn't pay. I thought of sending legal notice but i know the area of her parents not proper home address. She is in Bangalore and originally from pune. So should i now file a police complaint in Bangalore for cheating. Please help me with this. I am in very much need of the money.

A.Dear Sir,
It seems you are so innocent. Now there is no value for Rs.40,000/- in the eyes of Police Stations and Courts. Your legal expenses may be more than the amount you specified. If you start proceedings to recover if that girl is not good she may lodge counter false complaint then Police may believe the same and you will be in more trouble.
