A.Dear Sir,
The law is in favour of married or unmarried girls because they belongs to fair sex because the law wish to protect them. You have no rights over her before marriage. Further, the out of the Supreme Court held that even adultery is legal for a girl and the aggrieved husband in only have a cause of action to file a divorce case and get divorce. In this background I think you may not get justice under the prevailing situations unless you will convince the Police to register a case against her with a risk that she may lodge complaint against you also.

A.Dear Client
You should not post or make the pictures viral else you will again have one more case against you. If they have filed a case then you need to fight the case with all evidence and win it.
