Bank service fraud

I had sufficient balance in my account still bank refused my payment's when i was in the restaurant and gave the title insufficient fund . My all the dignity gone because even though i had my balance in my account they just declined my payments by giving the error

Without sufficient reason the Bank cannot refuse the payments. You have several options like going to Banking Ombudsman, getting issued legal notice and going to Consumer Court claiming huge compensation.

Send the bank a legal notice for the same and seek compensation from them. If they do not listen to you then file a consumer case against the bank in Consumer commission
