A.Hello Client,

If the government has acquired the land and is willing to compensate for the same, you may get a NOC from your uncle stating that he is willingly giving up his share of the compensation and he has no objection on you getting the whole compensation. Also, you may inquire from the concerned department regarding any other document required for the same.

Thanks & Regards

A.Dear Sir,
You can file application before the concerned department saying that you are entitled for entire compensation as your elder uncle is not interested to claim the said amount. You may also go to High Court to get speedy relief.

A.Dear Client
If the land has been acquired by the government then they would have given you a notice for the compensation on the land which belonged to your family. If they have given you the notice then go and meet them and submit an affidavit in your favour and get money for your portion paid to you.
