If your own father's side family did wrong when land were getting distributed and now opened more than 4 windows in your space which is disturbing the privacy then what to do?

It seems you have two major concerns related to the said land or your relatives.
Firstly, If you feel that a wrong has been done to you while distribution of the matter you can contact an advocate with all the relevant documents and file a civil suit.
Secondly, if certain construction of your relative's house is disturbing you , a number of things are to be determined. If they are using the said in a peaceful and legal manner then no legal step is to be taken. If they are doing wrong and illegal things then you can do the following things-
