Money lent but not returned Money lent but not returned

Respected sir /madam,

I had lent money (10000 rupees) to a girl that I had come in touch with on social media for an emergency surgical operation of her pet cat she wanted to do after meeting her. However, it has been 3 months and she's not returning the amount and is giving me rude answers and excuses and has now blocked my calls. She's threatening to file fake harassment case if I ask her for my hard earned money. I am helpless as being a male I feel I wont get justice. However, I have all proofs on Whatsapp of our conversation as well as payment done via Google Pay along with her phone number and AADHAR CARD details. She lived on rent in Versova but her home address is of UP. She is a struggling model who is now jobless.

Please advise me what can I do.

A.Dear Sir,
You have lent money for luxurious comforts of your girl friend and if she is not cooperative you may not get refund of the same but also you have to face trouble in your future life if she lodge false complaint which Police normally believe.

Thank you so much for your valuable opinion and legal advice.
Will take the necessary steps. My only fear is of her lodging fake harrasment case against me in order to not return the money I had given in good faith. plus she wasn't my girlfriend and she just conned me by doing fake drama of being in need of money. That's her modus operandi of taking hard earned money from people

A.Hello Client,

You must immediately lodge a complaint against the girl at your local Police Station attaching the print copy of your payment. The Police will take further action against her to recover your money. You may also send a legal Notice to the Girl with the help of an Advocate.

Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,
Gather all the documents, that you have related to her ,like her the watsaap chats, messenger chats, transaction details etc.
Lodge an FIR immediately before your local Police Station. Contact an advocate and forward a legal notice. Also mention about the threatening that she is giving to the Police Officer. Hope , your matter will be solved.
