I was in Goa and I was caught without helmet, I paid fine of Rs 1000. But after 6 months now I got to know that Police have filed a case on me for not wearing helmet. But I have the proof of renting bike and paying fine. What do I do?
Now I have to be present in court. But I am in Abroad I don't know what to do

A.Dear Sir,
You may produce such receipt before the Court and claim exemption through your Advocate and your personal presence before the Court may also be exempted since it is a petty case.

A.Hi client,

You need to appoint an advocate for the same . The advocate will represent you and look after the paying of fine amount. Once it is paid it is going to be disposed off. Generally, MV fine cases are disposed off in one date.
