A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately to DRT through any Advocate who is practicing in Debt Recovery Tribunal and you may get atleast status-quo order on such notice of taking possession of your property.

A.Dear Client
Please contact an advocate who is well versed in this field. To mention some legal provisions, "An objection needs to be raised under sub-section (3A) of section 13 of the Act within 60 days time period of such notice and thereafter the bank shall communicate within one week of receipt of such representation or objection the reasons for non-acceptance of the representation or objection to the borrower."
