If I file a case against him what are the possible outcomes? We're in a relationship for 7 years and both families accepted for our marriage suddenly before 2 months he left me for his friend and they are arranging marriage now. What should I do, we call eachother husband and wife usually and it is considered as marriage legally right? I even have a photo of us when he put kumkum on my forehead. I want to live with him and he is too but that girl is the one who twisted things

A.You should have proper evidence of social marriage. Moreover if you have done marriage at any temple also in presence of a priest then it will be considered as a valid marriage otherwise just wearing kum kum and calling each other husband and wife shall not be considered as a valid marriage. You must have a proper consultation with an advocate who will guide you properly to take suitable legal action against him so that you get justice without any delay. There are several ways to proceed for resolving your problem.

A.Hi client,
In order to get the marriage legally valid you need to get it registered.
As you have, not disclosed your religion assuming that you are hindu, then you have performed the rituals of "sindur daan and fera " in presence of some witness then your marriage is valid one .
If you feel that he has harassed you then you can lodge an FIR against him.

Thanks and Regards

A.Dear client,
In case your boyfriend had made a false promise of marriage and exploited you emotionally and physically. Then you can file a criminal case against him. If you have sufficient proof as your boyfriend had malafide intention then you must take shelter of court. But you have burden of proof before court.
Hope it helps.
