EWS Certificate - my income is below 8 lakh

I am 26, married, and my income is below 8 lakh. My rashan card ges connection is separate also . I do not own a house and my father's income is above 8 lakh but have separated from them. Can I get an EWS certificate?

The most important criteria to come under the EWS certificate is the condition of the person and his family income should be less than 8lakhs.
So you cannot get an EWS certificate.

A.No you shall not be entitled to get an EWS Certificate since your family's annual income is more than 8 lacs in total.
