Transfer From One location to Another in Private job then asking for resignation

I am employee of a private company in sales department, in 2021 I got transferred from one location to another and 2022 again i got transferred to previous location, now they are asking for resignation that you are not performing, they know it will take time to grow the market.

A.If you have not done any mistake regarding your performance then you should not resign from your job on your own. Let them terminate you without a valid reason then you may sue the concerned company for their negligence and unfaithful behavior. You may send a legal notice your superior authority of the concerned company for resolving your issue amicably.
