My ex boyfriend is behind me for marriage, doesn't want to marry him.He had forcibly asked me 2 years ago, which I gave him in compulsion. but i have no proof of that. Whose complaint was lodged in the police station but the policeman left him after giving a warning. Now he reached the SP office and complained that the girl did not marry, I will commit suicide. And told me that character less girl. That boy has either gone mad for me or has gone into depression..tell me the legal way.

A.Dear client,
You can file police complaint against your ex boy-friend under section 506 for criminal intimidation if he threatened to kill you
You can also file police complaint of criminal defamation under section 500 of IPC for maligning your reputation and defaming you.
Hope it helps.

A.You do not need to worry so much ma'am, just seek the help of an advocate for drafting of legal intimation letters which shall contain all the incidents which took place till date including the harassment and trouble caused by him to you. Those letters must be sent to the local police station and office of the police commissionerate of your jurisdiction as well as the boy's jurisdiction. The rest shall be summed up by the advocate whom you will hire. Kindly do it as fast as you can without delaying for your safety only.
