can i file a police complaint against my ex boyfriend..My boyfriend blackmailed me 2 years ago asking for nude photos..now we're broken up..Now he is blackmailing me to come back to the relationship or else I will break your marriage..I don't have any proof of his blackmailing..that he blackmailed me and asked for nude photos..because that message has been deleted 2 years ago..Nor is there any proof that he blackmailed me to break the marriage.. because he told me face to face alone..will break the marriage of..Will the police take action against the boy on my complaint..I don't have any proof to prove his allegations..If I complain to the police, can the police recover my WhatsApp chats of 2 years back, on which the boy's charges will be framed?..

A.Dear client,
In this case you can file a criminal complaint against him for blackmailing and threatening you, nobody can force you to share your private pictures with them.
Consult an advocate.
Hope it helps.

A.You need to seek the help of an advocate for lodging a criminal complaint against the said boy for blackmailing and threatening you, do not share any nude photos to that person. If the police refuses to take any legal action then ask the advocate to get you the order from the Ld. Court of the Judicial Magistrate from the competent court for proper investigation by initiating an FIR against the said boy.
