Bank took Physical statement of my account

Bank is took Physical statement of my account and forward to Insurance company with out informing me. due to this Amount is deducted in my account. I contacted the branch and ask for refund but they Partially refund and saying we can't fully refund the amount. This is kind of issues happens 2 times for me in same bank. Can file a case against this? Please help to advise.

A bank have no right to forward your account details without your consent to a third party, so you can send the bank a legal notice even after it your money is not refunded then you can sue the bank.

A.First of all you need to send a legal notice to the concerned bank authority alleging about all their wrongdoings and then if they fails to satisfy and comply with our demands then you may sue a legal case against the concerned bank for refunding and compensating you.
