Bigamy - still in the process of divorce

We are still in the process of divorce(live separately due to domestic violence)and my husband brought home another woman. He is not willing to pay maintenance of his son and i just have a pic of him with his new wife, and parents posing together at his home. Can i prove bigamy with this? Also I don't have any proof for domestic violence done. What should I do now

Sir, he never showed up after getting remarried and the case was dismissed non contended. if i file maintenance case and again he doesn't show up, will the case get dismissed? what is the fastest way to get the maintenance for me and my child as i am unemployed now and i don't have any proof of his income? kindly suggest
