This is the sentence written on my salary revision letter sahred by my employer on 11th Jan 2021: "This Exceptional Salary Revision does not allow you to discontinue employment for next three years from effective date of this agreement." Now I want to quit this job as there is a great oppurtunity awaiting me. Can my employer take any legal acion on me if I resign?

A.Dear Client,
Yes. You have an undeniable right to quit your job at any time for any reason. No one can force you to work against your will. However, your contract likely dictates whether you need to give notice to your employer before resigning, along with describing what occurs if you leave your job before the employment period ends.
Hope it helps.
