rights issue - I was hired for a chat process

I was hired for a chat process in a company however they have transfer me to calling process without any prior notice.
Is there anything that I can do ?
A.You need to check the terms of your appointment contract where it is mentioned your duties and whether company has a right to change and transfer your duties without prior notice or not?
If the Company is liable to change your nature of duties without prior intimation, then they can do so. But the nature of duty should not be discomfort for you and also it should not be something which totally different then your work set of skills and qualifications.
