Father doesn't look after me and my two sisters Father doesn't look after me and my two sisters

Respect sir,
Please pay attention here for a while.
My father has married with another woman due to dispute between my mom and him. He settled somewhere in Mumbai now and doesn't even look after me and my two sisters and not even my mom. My grandparents helped them for such deed and they're regular in contact with them. Due to these family affairs, our studies got affected a lot now a days and we're suffering from past 1.5 years due to lack of money. Somehow we managed these years, but for now, it's going too difficult every day. Few days ago, my father told my grandparents to sell all his property land and send him the money. We can't take it anymore. May I have some better advise to bring ourselves to justice by civil court and to punish my grandparents and father, to think again such plans over my dead body. May you have any advice please???

A.Dear client,
If you can prove this in court then your mother file a complaint against your father for restitution of conjugal rights, or file for divorce on grounds of bigamy and ask for maintenance of herself and children.
Hope it helps.

A.Your mother can file a complaint before the Family Court for the Restitution of Conjugal rights I. E. To live together as a husband and wife.

If your father has not divorced your mother and living as a husband and wife with another lady, then it is a punishable offence. You need to find out some strong evidence which states that your father is staying as a husband with another lady without seeking divorce from your mother.

Further, in family Court your mother can ask for the maintenance for the child and if she is not too educated than she can ask maintemace for herself too.
