Adverse Remarks on Promotion File Adverse Remarks on Promotion File

Sir,
I had applied for promotion as Principal of Polytechnic institute. File was given to my existing Principal (Who is a just In charge because he is already Principal of other College and he is in additional charge of my institute) who did following:
1. He kept file sent by department in his office for almost 4 months.
2.He constituted committee which is not actual designated committee of institute. He choose faculties who has not good relation with me and get All things written on my principal promotion file.
3.In 2012 i was in rehabilitation center for treatment of alcoholic disease for 4 months after the treatment i left all these. Then after i re-joined the institute and worked very hard. I was thoroughly promoted without any backlog/suspension/extension because of my excellent performance. I even executed 5 crore center project (2013-2018).
4.My existing principal made committee and wrote all those previous episode of my past (2009-2012). With all the memos issued against me was also put in file. Though since 2013 i was promoted 2 times (2017 and 2021). As per my service rule im eligible for Principal since im already Head of the department since 5 years which happened after 2013.
5.i need to legal/general awareness and consultation now what i can do further so that my file is overlooked and get promoted.

A.You may send a legal letter to concerned higher authority (governing body) of your institution for an appeal for re selection of principal. You may also file a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court for negligence and biasness in providing promotion according to the rules and regulations of the concerned authority. For further legal enquiry, you need to consult with an advocate directly along with all the supportive relevant documents so that you could get the best possible remedy. You may contact at 7604047601 for taking an appointment of a good civil advocate for detailed consultation in respect of your legal problem.
