How to change my all documents birthdate as per my birth certificate?

A.You need to execute a self declaration affidavit from the learned court of the judicial magistrate of your local jurisdiction stating the fact that you want to rectify the date of birth according to the date of birth mentioned in your birth certificate. Kindly also mention those documents where you want to do the rectification. Then apply in the concerned departments for rectification of date of birth and also submit the photocopy of the affidavit along with all the applications in respective departments.

A.You need to apply before the authorities for change of date of birth snd attach your birth certificate copy.
For eg. PAN Card- for this you need to re-apply by filing up the form. The new pan card will be delivered modifying your date of birth.
