I had accepted a job from Soft Data Entry Company. I signed a contract with them but I am unable to complete the task on time. In the agreement there a an option to extend the time but there are asking for me to pay for compensation without replying to my request to give one day time. There are saying We registered a case against you under section 73 74 75 & IPC 420 & 406 and sent your ID proof at your nearest police station to get a red mark in your ID proof & sent a hard copy notice at your registered home address.
A warrant is being issued in the name of My father, he will be taken into custody for 7 days due to the issue of the warrant. And asking me to pay their UPI I'd 9980/- within 15 min. I am a student I just want to earn some money to support my family financial condition. I am so afraid right now. Could anyone please guide what can I do in this situation
Don't get panic. These are fraudsters, don't attend their calls. Contracts are civil in nature and if they want to take any action, then it has to be from the civil Court. Good news is that civil Court issues summons for appearance and not warrant.
These fraud people are fooling you to extort money. Tell them that you are going to file complaint against them before the police for extortion, cheating and fraud.
