Partner opened another company and not willing to pay the pending GST Partner opened another company and not willing to pay the pending GST

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been facing this issue for quite some time now. I and my partner started a Pvt. Ltd. company with 50% shares each.
I have been involved in pretty much everything, creating designs, devising strategies looking into operations, customer interactions etc, in building the organisation as my partner didn't wanted to get into it. He just wanted to be a part of the marketing (that too not alone) for once a while in the week.

We had the services operating in two different areas. One of the area was a society and the other one a residential sector. I asked him to look into society and I would take care of the residential sector.
Unfortunately the operations in the sector stopped due to a fire accident in the area.
Now he is operating in the society under a different name and not willing to pay the pending GST of the organisation we were both a part of.

Please advise me here what steps could be taken.

Thanks and Regards,
Vishwesh Bhardwaj

A.Dear Client
You should counsel him first with proper reasons and for the welfare of the company. If you are looking for legal remedies, you should look for contractual obligations if signed or if not, you should frame a valid contract and then get it signed for proper enforcement of the duties.
Hope it helps
