Had taken a loan under start up india initiative..but due to covid suffered losses and account is npa. Have received demand notice from bank.. after which had requested (in writing) the bank to issue me a copy pf loan documents so that can reply to their demand notice (60 days replying or repayment before bank goes to drt) and come to some short of an agreement to reschedule and regularise the loan account. But they hav not yet provided the document and before the notice period end that 60 days they are public shaming me by dharna out side my house...what should i do?
A.Dear Client!
You can lodge a police complaint against the persons standing outside your office and causing nuisance. But dues are to be paid.
Once the Bank approaches Court for recovery, then you can take suitable action to pro long the case and then try to settle it amicably.
