A.You can Control on your money provided to your husband, You cannot on his income and expenses which leads to dishamony in family, no doubt law is against such alcoholism in family life, There are conselling centres established by govt., & NGO's of your location may be tried, if not you can Contact a Expert from the panel of Vidhikarya to guide, help & assist you on all aspects of the issues quickly.

A.Dear Client,
You have every right to do so.
What you need is counselling not legal help.
Find out a De addiction Centre near by run by the NGO with Govt of India Funding.
Admit him there .Once he gives up Alcohol means your problem is solved.
There after you will live happily with your husband and child.
