two contract has to be drafted

hi there I need x2 contracts created can you help ? : I am a furniture designer and I need to create the following contracts: 1. To contract a designer to design and 3d visualise concepts I have created or briefed - on a long term contract — requirements to include： The designer works exclusively for ___ MY company __ The designer works Full time and will need to undertake over time where and when required Any and all Design work / Creative work created — belongs to ___ MY company __ No work will be taken home — unless expressly permitted by ME No work will be shared or shown to anyone unless permitted No projects or project details will be discussed Etc….. 2. To Contract a designer — to design and 3d visualise concepts — to receive a design fee percentage value of selected designs ( meaning if we show there designs and OUR client selects any they will get paid a percentage of what we sell for eg: we sell 100 USD they get 2% 2 USD if non selected they will receive zero ) Note A table of numeric values will be provided separately The designer will be able to choose when they use our studio to create the designs ( must be within office hours ) The designer works exclusively for ___ MY company __ Any and all Design work / Creative work created — belongs to ___ MY company __ No work will be taken home — unless expressly permitted by ME No work will be shared or shown to anyone unless permitted No projects or project details will be discussed
