I bought a second hand bike.but seller cheated me he dont told me about pending installment of loan.he provide me effidevid required for rc tranfer.and i have recording of call which shows his confession of loan but he deny to pay loan and switched off his phone,what should i have to do, if i file fir against him then there may a chance of bound this bike by loan agency

A.Dear Client!

Don't transfer the RC in your name. Since there is a loan on bike, there must be hypothecation on the bike before the Office of the RTO.

Kindly lodge a formal police Complaint against the seller for cheating and fraud. Else the Finance Company Or Bank will lodge an FIR and you will be made as a party to the crime.
