Is it possible for the company can keep me a Contract for more than Year by without Paying My Basic Salary ??

I was a Senior Data Analyst in 2018 with CTC ( 5L Per Annum ) + Good Benefits every Month. I came to interview for WorkForce Management / Data Analyst on March'19 with Nikhil Moonjrani. I ever love the HealthifyMe Growth Story and the Team so wanted to join with the team so I joined Inside Sales with CTC ( 3.5L Per Annum ) as an Associate stepped down from my earlier 5 Year's Experience in Leadership and Management Role to Learn more for Future Opportunities in Healthifme.

I started working with Inside Sales ( Product Funnel ) in April'19 I was doing great by meeting all KPI followed by smashing Benchmarks and supported Inside Sales in all ways by being one of the A Player within the team every month till Feb'20. I got cornered by False Judgement and told to move out of the Company without any conversation on Feb'20. I tried hard to Join Back so I connected with Ranjeeth ( Team Leader ) after 5 Months of Follow Up he revalued the issue and understood the issue that was not my fault and told me to Rejoin in July'20.

I Re-Joined as Senior Associate on July'20 in Inside Sales - Product Funnel and started reporting to Ranjeeth ( Team Leader ) while I was rejoining HR & TL told me that I will not be getting Salary because I will be working in Contract for 2 months and then you will be confirmed based on my Performance. I started working with more courage and started proving myself every month but a couple of months later my TL left the company and I was moved out to Inside Sales - Intercom on Feb'21 without confirmation. I Informed Oshin ( Team Leader ) about my confirmation he told me to perform another 3 Months in Intercom to prove the performance. I Proved myself a right by my 200% effort a couple of more months but never heard back about my confirmation till May'21

My Family got COVID -19 - Positive by the month of May'21 and I couldn't perform well so I didn't get any payout to handle my family or balance because of this it has been a Roller Coaster ( Financially & Mentally ). Payout i got May'21 - ₹1,843 / June'21 - ₹0 / July'21 - 16,784. I Couldn't get a Personal Loan in any Bank with my Payslip till now ( I have been working for 6.5+ Years ) it got rejected by 2 Banks because I don't have " Basic Pay/Minimum Wages " in Pay Slip for the last 13 months. I'm the Bread Winner of my Family we have Medical Expenses of 10K+ to 15K a month. Major Part we had planned a Dental Surgery for My Dad / My Engagement that had been postponed adding to this Inside Sales - Intercom is Dissolved and I'm been moved back to Inside Sales - Product by the month of Aug'21.

I Have been in talks with Sanchu Intercom ( Team Leader ) regarding my migration within Inside Sales is not comfortable because I have performed well in intercom with an Average of 4+ Lakhs with many Benchmarks by my Great Performance but moving to Inside Sale in PPDO will be more like a Survival journey. In Intercom, I performed not less than excellent to manage my Living and Family well-being in terms Financially. I'm doing great in my performance but this migration may lead to Mental Illness because of limiting myself again after all my struggle in the past 13 months. I'm looking forward to having a better Place or Team to grow myself stronger in terms of Performance & Pay Out. I was always paid not less than 80K+ in payout which I will not be able to perform or expect in PPDO. I wanted to do more than 5L+ in revenue every month and not limit myself by any chance.

I informed my situation my TL & HR to get me financial support from the organization by last chance after 2 months of follow-up I got a chance to speak with Manohar Subba in a call on 7th Sep'21 and then I explained to him the whole story of what's going through ( Recording attached below ). He gave me the conclusion after talking to me for 2.5+ Hours with 2 Options.
Giving a compensation of 2 or 3 Months Payout if in case I want to leave HealthifyMe
Moving from Intercom to Product Funnel or RTF / Which will have Fewer Incentives
In the call with Manohar Subba, he clearly mentioned to me that even " PPDO will be revamped after January " and changed into Inbound Process with Fewer Incentives. I requested to give chance to perform in Sales Coaches for 3 Months as same like a couple of my colleagues have moved to the right place to perform in Sales Coaches from Inside Sales - Intercom but he denied.

My Career is been paused for more than a year even if I move out for opportunities and for my Family Betterment I have been offered less CTC because "Basic Pay/Minimum Wages" is not there in my Pay Slip for the last 13 months.

" I Have tried my ways many times I have not answered in the rightful manner now they have told me to EXIT from the company for NO REASON "

I went on a mental breakdown because of all these issues kindly do advise me Legealy and will take this forward by your call .

Lodge written complaint to the nearest police station and after that execution can be done through the court.
