Private money lenders (10-20% per month) Private money lenders (10-20% per month)

My dad borrowed some money from private lender. He gave money on daily basis. So we were not able to give back few EMI's on time because my father went through an accident. Few days back my father went to him for the calculation of the previous balance what he did was he just doubled the money and now charging us 10k per day. Also he is a influential person (Gunda) & regularly threatens my father. What should i do ?

We are paying him 10k/day & we have to to this for 60 days.
10000*60 = 6,000,00 (We have to pay him this amount in just 2 months)
