A.Dear Client
For doing that you need to plan out and take a decision on the kind of NGO that you want to form. Will the NGO be a society or trust, how many members are going to start, place of operation etc.? Once you have all these information then you can get in touch with a lawyer who can help you to go ahead with formation.

A.Dear Client
You are just one step away
1)Select an Appropriate Name.
2)Drafting of Trust Deed.
3)Selecting Settlers and Trustees of the Trust.
4)Preparing Memorandum of Association.
5)Paying the Requisite Fees. ...
6) Collection of a Copy of Trust Deed.
7) Submission of the Trust Deed in Registrar.
8)Obtain the Registration Certificate.
This is the required over view of the process.

A.Dear Sir,
U may contact any advocate dealing with such service or else u may go to concerned office and get few samples and procedure to register with the Registrar of firms and thus register the same if there are more than 11 members in the proposed NGO. In other words, NGO is nothing but a registered society.
