I left within 6 months, but in my offer letter they had mentioned that I have to work for 18 months. I was unsatisfied by my growth in the company and left. I served 2 months of notice period. They have not given me exit form, fnf and reliving letter. I have sent many mails but no response

A.Dear Client
As per established norms, you need to send them a legal notice stating the same. If they don't respond within that stipulated time, you can file the case before the court.

A.Hello Client,

In such a situation you need to send the company a legal notice stating the same. if they fail to response to your legal notice then you may file a case in labour court.
