CCTV breaching my privacy and keeping me under surveillance and misusing it to harass me when I am alone at home

This is to inform you that I stay in a housing society which does not have flat system but a chawl system with single rooms opposite to each other with a common passage in between. The society is occupied by majority commercial users and very few familes (approx. 7 out of 100 + members). I stay on the top floor (4th floor) and have 4 single rooms, 2 rooms on each side with a common passage in between.
My neighbor has one room which he is using for commercial purpose and which is adjacent to one of my rooms. The said neighbor has installed an audio-video recording CCTV camera in the common passage outside my room premises capturing the view to the ingress of my house premises and also the common passage between my rooms without any no objection from myself. He is secretly picketing the approach to my house and keeping me under surveillance and monitoring the movements of me and my family members.
When I talk from one room to the other room opposite or talk with any person in the common passage my conversations are getting recorded on the CCTV and when I go from one room to the other he is capturing my videos.
I stay with my younger brother and am alone at home after he leaves for office in the morning approx. between 8:30-9:00 am and arrives at night.
He has used this private CCTV camera to record my private and personal videos without my consent. Moreover, he has also spread the said videos and false rumors to other society members thereby outraging my modesty and self-respect and causing interference in my personal life.
Further, he also threatened the other person in the video and made false and frivolous statements regarding me. The said incident took place behind my back and would have remained suppressed if the other person in the video would not have told me after few months.
In order to prevent further misuse of the said CCTV camera and protect my privacy, I just tried temporarily hanging a black polythene bag on a string at some distance refraining him to capture my personal and private videos after his office getting closed. However, I was shocked to hear for which he has been falsely lodging several police complaints. For one week, I have been repeatedly called to visit Azad Maidan Police Station inspite of me already having lodged the complaint first in regards with the misuse of the said private CCTV camera.
Moreover on 23rd January 2018, around 9:15-9:30 am approx. when I was alone at home my neighbor arrived at his office and removed and took away my bag. When I requested him to please give the bag to me, he refused, got angry and became violent with me by manhandling and hurting me injuring my leg and hands. While I first went to the nearest police station and the hospital for treatment, he went to the Azad maidan police station first and lodged a false complaint against me inspite of me being innocent.
I have also been time and again threatened and abused of dire consequences by him whenever I have been alone at home.
He has previous enmity with me and is preparing for a criminal offence against me.
