I want to understand the scenario that if I met a girl on social network just once now she keep on calling me and asking me to come at her home for drink I denied indirectly but she is keep on calling and abusive at times her ego got hurt mainly what are my legal rights as a male in these situation if females have rights in certain conditions than males should also have similar rights of safety

If you are so sure, then try to explain her properly so that things will work out from both the sides.
If this does not happen file a complaint with Police with all evidence, otherwise you may be in trouble.
So it will be appreciated to take precautionary measure.

"Men’s rights activists scored a significant victory in India recently when the Supreme Court essentially identified them as the victims in domestic violence cases.
