Dear sir/Madam, After my Mother married she not used to go for her Mother village, she had two residential property in her parents name, but after her parents died her brothers took partition without informing my Mother. We came to know this little late and decided to Put partition suit. But due to lack of that residential property details, we went for PDO office but PDO asked us to submit vamshavruksha but actually to obtain vamshavruksha we need to submit her brothers ID proof also , her brothers declining to give ID proofs. In this situation what to do. We failed to convince PDO.
